What are your terms of sale?

If there are no other special agreements between you and Helle Vestergaard Ceramics, all terms written underneath will be effectuated on all deliveries from Helle Vestergaard Ceramics.

What if I regret my purchase?

If you regret your purchase you can return it within 14 days and get your money back. You will not get the postal costs back though. The items cannot be returned if damaged.
If you wish to use the return rights, you have to notify Helle Vestergaard Ceramics within 14 days by email or sms. In the process of returning your item, you are responsible for the correct packing of the items to safeguard against damage.
You can also deliver the purchase to Helle Vestergaard Ceramics in person, but only if you have made an appointment.

What if I have a complaint?

Shop at Helle Vestergaard ceramics you might experience that the purchased item does not look exactly like on the picture. All objects are handmade by me in my workshop in Gentofte and each one is a unique piece. There might occur variations in glaze, size and decoration. Contact me if you experience a major deviation in appearance and we will solve the problem.

How will my new purchase be delivered?

If the item is in stock, it will be sent off within 2 -3 days. If for some reason it will take longer, you will be contacted about when you can expect the delivery.

Can I pick-up my new purchase?

You are very welcome to pick up your purchase at my workshop/shop, but always make sure to make an appointment with Helle Vestergaard Ceramics beforehand. If your purchase is more than 800kr, the delivery will be free (within Denmark).

How do I pay?

Helle Vestergaard Ceramics accepts payment by VISA, VISA Dankort, visa elektron, euro/ mastercard and mobilepay.
